📊 Business Analysis Profile Overhaul ​

Version 6.8 brings a massive architectural upgrade to the Business Analysis domain profile, making requirements engineering, capability mapping, and solution evaluation far more powerful, flexible, and robust.

Dynamic Modular Configuration ​

  • ⚙️ Configuration Cog: The BA Profile is no longer a rigid template. A new configuration icon in the top menu allows you to dynamically toggle modules like MoSCoW Prioritization, Scenarios, and Implementation Tracking on a per-document basis.
  • Data Safety: Toggling a BA module off simply hides the fields from your interface without deleting any of your underlying data. You can re-enable modules at any time to restore your previous analysis.

Advanced Scoring & Rollups ​

  • Multi-Stakeholder Scoring: The scoring engine now supports structured stakeholders, allowing multiple analysts to score the same requirements simultaneously.
  • MoSCoW Status Filtering: A new global filter in the top menu allows you to selectively include requirements in aggregated scores based on their importance (Must, Should, Could, Won't).
  • Selective Rollups: All category scores and radar chart axes now respect the active MoSCoW filter, allowing for targeted "Must-Have" analysis.

Visualizations & Exporting ​

  • Visual Heatmaps: The graph heatmap now dynamically updates to reflect filtered scores, instantly highlighting coverage gaps in high-priority areas.
  • Transient Graph Dimming: When applying the MoSCoW filter, requirements that are filtered out (along with their connected edges) are now visually dimmed in the Cytoscape graph, helping you focus on critical path items.
  • Radar Chart Integration: Advanced score rollups can now be exported directly into visual Radar Charts, making vendor comparison during RFI/RFP generation much easier.

Performance Improvements ​

  • Lightning Fast Imports: Importing massive evaluation matrices and vendor questionnaires from Excel or text is now significantly faster, allowing you to instantly load complex projects without delay.
